Pricing and conditions
Guests are required to complete a simple rental contract containing the key terms and conditions for their stay.
Rental Charges:

*this includes cleaning and bed linen but excludes the local cantonal holiday taxes (“Kurtaxe”) which are levied at SFr 1.90 per day for adults & young people and SFr 0.95 per day for children aged 6-12 years
A deposit of 30% is due on signing of the rental contract, with the balance due 2 months before occupancy.
Cancellation: After a firm booking has been made, unless we can re-book, we will charge 30 % until 2 months before occupancy and thereafter 100% on any cancellation.
Other Conditions:
- Changeover is normally on Saturdays
- Check in after 3pm and check out by 10.00am to enable cleaning before arrival of the next guests
- Pets--none allowed
