Pricing and conditions
Guests are required to complete a simple rental contract containing the key terms and conditions for their stay.
Rental Charges:

A deposit of 50% is due on signing of the rental contract, with the balance due before occupancy.
*This excludes the local cantonal holiday taxes (“Kurtaxe”) which are levied at SFr 2.75 per day for adults & young people and SFr 1.35 per day for children aged 6-12 years.
Additional Charges:
Towels & bedlinen are charged at SFr25 per person and cleaning is SFr140.
Other Conditions:
- Changeover is normally on Saturdays
- Check in after 4pm and check out by 10.00am to enable cleaning before arrival of the next guests
- Pets--none allowed
